Welcome to Artwana, founded by Muhammad Hurres Khan. By accessing our website and purchasing our premium handcrafted resin art products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and Artwana. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

🛒Orders & Purchases

When you place an order with Artwana, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed and payment is verified.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement will apply.
• Product Availability: Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.
• Custom Orders: Custom and personalized items require advance payment and cannot be cancelled once production begins.

💳Payment Terms

We accept multiple payment methods to ensure your convenience and security.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all domestic orders within Pakistan. Payment is collected upon delivery.
• Online Payment: We accept credit/debit cards and digital wallets through secure payment gateways.
• Payment Security: All online transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.
• Failed Payments: If payment fails or is declined, your order will be automatically cancelled.

🚚Shipping & Delivery

We are committed to delivering your premium resin art safely and on time.

• Domestic Shipping: We currently ship across Pakistan. Delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on location.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom orders may take longer.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
• Delivery Responsibility: Once the package is handed to the courier, Artwana is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
• Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.

🔄Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Artwana piece. If you're not satisfied, here's our return policy:

• 7-Day Return Window: You may return items within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or not as described.
• Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Custom Items: Personalized and custom-made products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
• Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
• Return Shipping: For damaged/defective items, we cover return shipping. For other returns, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

⚠️Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Artwana is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
